Sales & Events Manager – Flagship Hospitality Venue, London

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role

We are partnering with a new hospitality brand making its UK debut in London, poised to redefine the city’s events and private dining landscape. They are seeking an exceptional Sales & Events Manager to spearhead the commercial strategy for a landmark venue from inception.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role centred on cultivating corporate sales, curating founding memberships, securing prestigious sponsorships, and forging strategic alliances with elite brands. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute relationship-builder with a refined approach to business development, motivated by delivering exceptional revenue growth and cultivating long-term partnerships with discerning clients.

Key Focus Areas

  • Build a premium pipeline from the ground up, engaging FTSE companies, embassies, universities, NGOs, leading event planners, and luxury brands for conferences, product launches, gala dinners, and private celebrations.
  • Lead the exclusive launch campaign across Business, Creative and Networking, positioning membership as a coveted privilege.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, FTSE corporations, SMEs, Chambers of Commerce, embassy trade offices, and influential industry associations.
  • Support the delivery of 150–200 high-calibre events annually, while elevating restaurant performance through corporate lunches, private dining experiences, and curated networking occasions.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, hospitality, venue sales, or business development within a premium or luxury environment.
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • An established and influential corporate network across London.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a polished, client-centric approach.
  • A self-starter with the initiative and confidence to generate new business independently at the highest level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, develop, and convert high-value revenue opportunities.

This role offers the chance to shape the commercial DNA of a future icon in London’s hospitality scene, working alongside a visionary brand with global ambitions.
