What you will do:

Lead and oversee the Children in Care Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to young people.
Support care-experienced young people aged 16 and above with their education, employment, housing, health, and financial planning.
Develop and implement strategies to support young people as they prepare for independence and transition into adulthood.
Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and nurturing team environment.
Liaise with other professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive support for each young person.
Assess and evaluate the needs of young people to create and monitor effective care plans.
Ensure compliance with current legislation, policies, and best practices.
