The Disabled Children’s Service in Pontypridd supports children who have a lifelong, permanent and substantial disability. Within this service, the 0-11 Team is integral in providing early intervention by working collaboratively with children, their families, and key partners such as healthcare providers and educators. We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to conduct eligibility assessments that will lead to valuable ongoing support and intervention. Notably, this unique role is non-case holding, allowing you to concentrate on assessments.
