Social Worker – Families First Front Door Team within Social Worker – Children in Plymouth UK, earning a generous £42.00 hourly rate. We are seeking an experienced professional for a temporary position lasting approximately 9 months to join our dynamic Families First Front Door Team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, as well as weekends from 9am to 5pm.

• On-Call Participation: Take part in the rota to provide essential on-call cover for safeguarding concerns outside core hours.
• Direct Engagement: Engage with children and families using a child-centred approach to identify risks and support needs.
• Front Door Safeguarding: Contribute to a service committed to maintaining an effective 24-hour response capability.
