What You Will Do
- Lead and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of a team providing children's social care services.
- Serve as a key player in developing services that improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Place children and their needs at the heart of everything you do, promoting their engagement in planning and service improvement.
- Motivate and supervise social workers and other practitioners to meet or exceed expected professional capabilities.
- Ensure timely interventions and support for children, maintaining oversight of their journey through the service.
- Recruit and manage resources, ensuring effective service delivery and enhancement.
- Collaborate with health, education, and other services to plan and design comprehensive social care services.
