What you will do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recovery plans for individuals experiencing substance misuse, focusing on their personal journey to recovery.
• Conduct client assessments and reviews to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and agencies to coordinate a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide one-to-one support to empower individuals in overcoming substance misuse challenges.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in line with legal standards and organisational policies.
• Provide training and support to other team members and volunteers in substance misuse interventions.
• Increase awareness and understanding of substance misuse within the community through outreach programmes.
