What you will do:
- Offer expert guidance on TechnologyOne Financials functionality and ensure best practice implementations are followed.
- Support the configuration and setup of Financials modules to align with agreed requirements.
- Provide specialist assistance during User Acceptance Testing UAT, managing defect investigations and offering resolution recommendations.
- Advise on how to improve processes and leverage TechnologyOne's standard functionality when suitable.
- Assist in planning and preparing for system go-live cutover activities.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to internal staff, empowering them with the skills needed for ongoing system support and management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with the implementation and support of TechnologyOne Financials solutions.
- A strong comprehension of local government finance processes and controls.
- Proficiency in TechnologyOne Financials modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Budget Management.
- Competence in analysing business requirements and advocating for system-based solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
