• Basic salary £32,000 negotiable 
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Role:

• As the Trade Counter Assistant you will be scheduling engineers diaries, as well as providing any administrative support.
• You will be dealing with customer enquiries either through the phone or by email.
• Promoting and upselling of products/parts to customers.
• Assisting with stock movement (can involve heavy lifting)
• Providing excellent customer service for all customers 

Previous Experience:

You will have previous experience as a Trade Counter Assistant, service coordinator, service controller, service planner, or service administrator, workshop controller, or workshop scheduler. It would be ideal if you held a Full UK driving license. You will have previously worked within a busy, fast paced environment. It would be ideal if you had previous experience managing a team of engineers workloads, providing technical support to customers.
