What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments, arranging referrals where required. Assess and implement safe alcohol detoxification plans in line with service policies. Participate in opioid titration and substitution therapy management. Deliver health promotion initiatives, including blood-borne virus screening and vaccinations. Facilitate community-based alcohol and opioid detox programmes. Undertake phlebotomy and interpret blood results to support clinical decision-making. Provide education on naloxone use and complete wound care assessments. Requirements Valid NMC registration. Experience working within substance misuse or related clinical settings. Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
