You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, sharing best practice, and assisting with the development of the wider engineering team.Sector – Factory MaintenanceNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.Demonstrable experience leading maintenance activities within a fast-paced production setting.Strong background in reactive, preventative, and breakdown maintenance. Essential Requirements for the Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Advanced electrical and mechanical fault-finding capabilities.Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.Ability to provide technical guidance and support to engineering colleagues. Requirements for the Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Senior Engineer within the UK.Experience working with PLC systems, with the ability to fault-find using inputs and outputs.Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and reliability initiatives.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
