Deliver complex infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment.Our Client has a requirement for a Civil Project Manager, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Glasgow.Role Purpose: Deliver assigned packages of work within a major infrastructure environmentLead and manage projects through the full lifecycle, from business case approval through to handoverEnsure delivery in line with agreed cost, schedule and quality requirementsOperate within a highly regulated delivery environment Job Role Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a diverse project team to deliver agreed outcomesDeliver assigned packages of work in accordance with NEC4 contract conditionsMaintain accountability for cost and schedule performanceManage project risk and change controlCommunicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersNegotiate and manage conflict where required Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Available to work 3 days per week on site / 2 days from home (hybrid)Active SC clearance or the ability to obtain SC clearanceEngineering design, manufacturing, construction and commissioning experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience leading projects as a Project Manager in a highly regulated industryFull project lifecycle experience (business case, design, execution, handover)Proven experience of change controlProven experience of risk managementDegree qualified in Civil Engineering Desirable: NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager (or willingness to achieve within first 6 months)NEC4 ECC experience (3 years)NEC4 PSC experience (3 years)SMSTSExperience within marine, defence, or oil & gas sectorsAPM PMQCEMAR experience Company informationAt First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
