Located in the vibrant Guildford area, this fantastic centre is just a stone’s throw away from a local fitness centre and a bustling retail park. This centre also offers the convenience of free parking nearby and a short walk to Guildford train station.Responsibilities: Support the delivery of business strategy and objectivesProvide agreed service levels to internal and external customers, partners, and suppliersLead and motivate the team for effective development. Identifying team development needs and provide coaching and trainingEnsure management control and system efficiency across relevant systemsLead planning meetings to allocate work and identify resources 3 days in advanceMonitor and record Technicians' efficiency and productivity dailyMinimize idle time for Technicians by directing workflowConduct weekly group reviews and document actions per Porsche Service Dealer Review (PSDR)Hold monthly individual meetings to set and review targetsAct as the first contact for technical customer issues, ensuring efficient resolutionsOversee repeat customer visits and resolve trendsEnsure compliance with recall campaign policiesMaximize service marketing campaigns and coordinate with PCMSMaintain workshop equipment, including the PIWIS testerManage vehicle quality checks and road tests per Porsche standardsControl the etag system and report concerns to the Aftersales ManagerStay updated on FCA Compliance and Retail Internal Control System (RICS) requirements Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in service team managementExperience in a high value retail brand, understanding the expectations and standards required in delivering exceptional customer serviceValid UK Driver’s LicenseExcellent knowledge/ understanding of the motor industry Proven track record of achieving operational targets Porsche Retail Group are committed to promoting a culture that champions diversity and equal opportunities. PRG believe diverse teams are catalysts of innovation and create multiple new ideas.
