What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within an acute setting, applying your expertise to enhance patient care.
- Plan and facilitate effective patient discharges, ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home or other care facilities.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment for patients experiencing a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
- Work collaboratively within the OT medicine team and alongside the physiotherapy team and wider multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is essential, ensuring adherence to professional standards and practices.
- A valid driving licence is needed to travel within the area, enabling you to reach different locations as required.
