What you will do

Provide high‑quality occupational therapy interventions to elderly patients and those within medical wards.
Undertake comprehensive acute discharge planning to ensure safe and effective patient transitions.
Independently manage a diverse caseload in a busy acute hospital setting.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Assess, recommend, and arrange appropriate equipment to support patient independence.
Contribute specialist input into strategic planning and clinical decision‑making for complex cases.

Requirements

Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Previous NHS experience working with medical patients is essential.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and discharge planning within an acute setting.
