What you will do:

- Perform a variety of histological procedures, ensuring accuracy and precision in all laboratory processes.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of tissue samples to aid in diagnosis and research.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other Biomedical Scientists to develop best practices in the Histology Department.
- Participate in CPD activities to enhance skills and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in histology.

Requirements:

- HCPC registered with at least 2 years of recent hospital-based experience within histology.
- BSc in Biomedical Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Evidence of Continual Professional Development (CPD) is essential.
- A valid driving license will be beneficial for any travel requirements within the role.
