What you will do:

• Provide expert Hand Therapy interventions for patients, ensuring high standards of care.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, applying your specialised knowledge.

• Construct and apply thermoplastic splints tailored to individual patient needs.

• Educate patients about their condition and therapeutic processes, fostering independence and self-management.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, in line with HCPC standards.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
