What you will do:

• Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments for service users in supported accommodation

• Apply your strong understanding of community mental health and long-term mental illness to deliver tailored interventions

• Manage your own caseload, working confidently as a single Occupational Therapist within an MDT

• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and professionals to ensure holistic care

• Travel across community locations in Croydon as a car driver, supporting service users in varied settings

To succeed in this role, you must be HCPC registered with proven experience in community mental health. Confidence in autonomous working, strong communication skills, and effective workload management are essential to making a measurable difference.
