Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive case management for service users within Community Mental Health.
• Complete duty tasks and IRS assessments as required.
• Administer medications including depots; apply knowledge of Clozapine and Lithium protocols.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care.
• Conduct therapeutic assessments and create tailored intervention plans.
• Support service users in setting and achieving meaningful recovery goals.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive mental health outcomes.

Requirements / Candidate Criteria

Essential

• HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health or related OT fields.
• Confident administering depots and understanding Clozapine/Lithium procedures.
• Strong assessment, care‑planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

• Experience in community mental health teams.
• Driving licence for ease of travel across sites.
• Familiarity with recovery‑focused and psychosocial intervention models.
