What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment programmes for patients requiring hand therapy, including trauma, elective, and conservative cases.

• Manage and prioritise a specialist caseload, ensuring individualised and patient-centred care.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment and rehabilitation.

• Educate patients and their families on condition management, rehabilitation, and long-term care strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation and reports in line with professional standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a hand therapy setting.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the management of long-term conditions.

• HCPC registration is essential.

• A valid UK driving licence is required.
