What You Will Do:

• Conduct independent dysphagia assessments within school settings
• Deliver communication assessments and targeted interventions for early years
• Review and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Use communication aids and specialist techniques to support children with disabilities
• Travel across the borough to deliver services effectively

Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Experience in paediatric dysphagia and communication support
• Confident driver (essential due to community-based work)
