What You Will Do

Carry out assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with speech, language, and communication needs in a community setting.
Deliver person-centred therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and independence.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Travel across the locality to visit service users in the community (driving essential).
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCPC and service standards.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Degree or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy.
HCPC registration.
Experience working with adult caseloads.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills.

Desirable

Previous experience working in community or rehabilitation settings.
