As Nursing Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, comfort, and safety for all residents at all times
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation, ensuring the home meets or exceeds inspection standards
- Leading, managing, and inspiring a small multi-disciplinary team, promoting professional development and best practice
- Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
- Overseeing budgets, resources, and contributing to the ongoing development and sustainability of the home
Skills and experience required:
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a senior management role within a nursing or care setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical knowledge with confident, evidence-based decision-making
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational performance
This role is based in Oldbury, with easy access from Smethwick, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis, Dudley, and the wider West Midlands area.
