Care Home Manager in Solihull, West Midlands

We are partnering with a well-established nursing home in Solihull, part of a small, friendly care group, to find a dedicated Nursing Home Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for a compassionate and experienced professional who thrives on working closely with both residents and staff.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring high-quality care, supporting your team, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.

As a Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

• Ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care, comfort, and safety
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and other legislation
• Leading, motivating, and developing a friendly, multi-disciplinary team
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners
• Supporting budgeting, resource management, and the home’s strategic goals

Skills and experience essential to the role of Nursing Home Manager:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN
• Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in evidence-based decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets and contributing to strategic growth

This Solihull-based role is easily commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands.
