Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 gross per annum
Our client is a contemporary dining concept, with a highly successful flagship location in Amsterdam. Known for its high-quality cuisine, strong guest experience, and modern atmosphere, the business has exceeded expectations and is now preparing for international expansion.
They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a key role in scaling the brand across Europe. This is a hands-on position focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and building scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent quality across all aspects of the business
- Lead and develop teams, working closely with the restaurant manager
- Drive performance through data, KPIs, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and margins
- Lead new location launches, including site setup, hiring, and supplier sourcing
- Build and implement scalable processes and systems
Profile
- Strong operator with excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and commercially minded
- Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Flexible and willing to travel or relocate for new openings
- Background in hospitality, retail, or start-ups is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to help build a global brand
