Job Details:
- Pay: £42,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Commercial Gas Engineer will work across various commercial and industrial client sites delivering fault-finding, service, maintenance, and breakdown support for heating and ventilation systems. Responsibilities include working on boilers, burners, radiant heaters, air handling units (AHUs), and related equipment. The role involves attending emergency call-outs, completing statutory PPMs in line with SFG20 standards, maintaining accurate records (both electronic and written), updating site log books, and managing subcontractors as needed.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Commercial gas service & maintenance experience
- FM PPM tasks, such as fire alarm checks
- ACS Commercial Gas tickets
- Full UK Driving Licence
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- HVAC experience
- Plumbing experience
- Electrical maintenance knowledge
