Customer Service Advisor in Richmond, London
UK working eligibility only.
We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors earning £12.25 per hour. In this role, you’ll support both new and existing customers by responding to enquiries primarily through web chat.

Customer Service Advisor role:
The role covers a range of technology products including phones, tablets, laptops, watches and broadband. The focus is on delivering a clear, helpful and positive customer experience across all interactions. Agents provide guidance and information to help customers choose suitable products and services. Most interactions (around 90%) are handled via web chat, with occasional scheduled call-backs when needed.
Customer Service Advisor pay:
£12.25 per hour.
