Job Title: Event Co-ordinator – Luxury Events
Salary: Up to £35,000 + bonus

We’re looking for an exceptional Event Co-ordinator to support unforgettable brand experiences for top global fashion houses and premium private clients. About the Role
- Drive the planning and delivery of UK & international luxury events—from press days to private VIP experiences
- Own your projects from brief to execution, ensuring flawless delivery every time
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and onsite teams
- Manage budgets confidently and keep every detail on track
- Support the events team across multiple high-profile projects
About You
- Hospitality or events experience (luxury preferred)
- Highly organised, articulate, and calm under pressure
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Sharp eye for detail and a passion for luxury brands and gastronomy
- Strong multitasker with excellent time management
