What you will do:

Provide duty cover and pre-allocation support for families on the allocation list with tasks such as home visits, safety planning, support, guidance, and signposting.

Engage with children, young people, and their families using a whole family approach.

Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective practice and outcomes for young people and families.

Confidently support and appropriately challenge professionals and families as needed.

Organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Use IT systems effectively to input data for accurate recording, tracking, and monitoring purposes.

Be flexible with working hours, typically 9am to 5pm, with occasional adjustments to better meet family needs.
Candidate Requirements:

Experienced and skilled in working with children, young people, and families using a comprehensive family approach.

Proven ability in engaging and working effectively within diverse family contexts.

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and ability to handle complex casework situations.

Proficient in using IT systems to manage and record essential data.
