I am working with a stunning new luxury gym who will be opening in the heart of Mayfair early 2026, this site is set to attract high-net-worth clients seeking an exclusive, world-class fitness and wellness experience. I am looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to launch and steer this flagship London location.

About the Role:
As General Manager, you will oversee all operations for the gym, delivering an exceptional member experience, driving strong team performance, and ensuring sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role perfect for an ambitious GM who is eager to shape a premier fitness destination in London.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve engagement and performance targets
Drive outstanding member experiences while growing membership, retention, and revenue
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and secure profitability
Maintain compliance with health & safety, HR, and operational standards
Implement operational improvements and manage strategic projects to boost efficiency

Candidate (must have gym/fitness experience)

Currently in a gym management role with hands-on experience in London
Proven track record managing busy, high-end gyms or fitness facilities
Exceptional leadership, team development, and motivational skills
Strong organisational and operational management abilities
Energetic, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and delivering outstanding luxury experiences
