Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant 

• Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role (Monday–Friday) Starting ASAP
• Earn between £500 - £560 per week (dependant on experience)
• School located in Salford – easily accessible from most of Manchester and surrounding areas 
• Based in a caring but underprivileged primary school
• Support the classroom teacher alongside providing essential 1-1 and small group support to pupils  
• Degrees in Education, Psychology, or core subjects are especially valued 
• Ideal stepping stone for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and more 
• Interviewing ASAP
• Must have the right to work in the UK 

In this role, you’ll be working full-time during term-time only, Monday to Friday. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant at a school located in a diverse and underprivileged area, the school is always committed to giving the best learning experience and academic growth, aiming to give pupils the knowledge, skills and social awareness needed to make them successful in the next stage of their educational journey. 

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher, you’ll be helping pupils progress across several subject areas. You'll play a pivotal role in boosting confidence, ensuring students' needs are met and curating an inclusive, positive learning environment where each child can thrive. Alongside general classroom duties, you’ll provide focused support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to progress academically and socially, and giving them the tools to succeed.
