What you will do:

• Chair complex multi-agency meetings and ensure that plans for children are developed and reviewed effectively and timely.
• Monitor the implementation and progress of Child Protection Plans and Looked After Children reviews to ensure the child's needs remain at the forefront.
• Provide support and guidance to social workers and other professionals within the Child Protection and Looked After Children Team.
• Ensure that all practices comply with statutory requirements and promote the involvement of children and families in planning and decision-making.
• Deliver constructive challenge to ensure high-quality practice and safeguard standards are maintained across services.
