⚙️ The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer on nights, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly during out-of-hours operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Reactive breakdown response

• Supporting site reliability and continuous improvement

• Working independently while supported by a strong engineering team

Shift Pattern

• 4 On / 4 Off

• Nights only

• Excellent work-life balance with regular long breaks

About You

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer (electrical / mechanical / multi-skilled)

• Strong fault-finding capability

• Manufacturing / FMCG / industrial background

• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, apprenticeship)

• Comfortable working nights and independently
