What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred and holistic occupational therapy interventions to individuals within the PICU.
- Ensure all care provided is inclusive, trauma-informed, and responsive to individuals’ unique cultural, social, and occupational needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Assess and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Possess recent UK and NHS experience working as an Occupational Therapist, particularly within mental health services.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
