What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored therapeutic plans.
- Implement and adapt treatment plans to address individual needs and progress.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to meet NHS standards.
- Educate and support patients and their families to understand therapy goals and progress.
Requirements for the role:
- Hold a degree or its equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrate recent experience in the NHS as a practicing Occupational Therapist.
- Possess registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- You will bring experience working within acute medical settings, contributing to enhanced patient care.
