I am looking for a dynamic manager with Outdoor Adventure experience to help shape and inspire a growing outdoor team!

This pivotal leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on teamwork, delivering memorable guest experiences while driving department success. The ideal candidate brings strong management credentials, a passion for adventure, and the ability to motivate and develop others.

Role & Requirements:

• Leadership in adventure, leisure, or hospitality
• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Implement effective systems for safe, profitable operations
• Oversee team recruitment, training, risk management, and compliance
• Optimise budgets, labour costs, and activity programmes
• Build industry relationships and contribute to management strategy
• Proven track record managing teams and projects
• Skilled in training, compliance, safety, and budgeting
• Able to create innovative programmes and foster partnerships
• Enthusiastic, positive communicator with keen customer focus
