Join the pastry team in a respected five-star hotel just outside St Helier. You will lead pastry preparation and help create memorable guest experiences.

You will

• Produce desserts, afternoon tea items and bakery goods

• Organise mise en place and manage service

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade

• Support and guide junior chefs

• Keep strong food safety standards every day

You bring

• Solid pastry background in hotels or quality restaurants

• Confidence with classic and modern techniques

• Good organisation and eye for detail

• Steady approach during busy periods

• Pride in consistency and clean presentation

What you get

• Salary within £35,000 to £45,000, based on experience

• Service charge or tips where applicable

• Staff meals on duty
