What you will do:
- Lead practice development initiatives to improve and innovate social work practice across the team.
- Provide expert guidance and support to less experienced social workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Work directly with clients, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred approaches are implemented for each client.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation, to promote and develop practice standards.

Requirements:
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
- UK-qualified experience as a Social Worker with a strong track record in a similar role.
