What you will do:

Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014
Identify, assess, and manage risks of abuse or neglect, including physical, emotional, financial, and sexual abuse
Develop and implement person-centred safeguarding plans
Complete Care Act assessments and formulate effective risk management strategies
Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions
Work collaboratively with health services, police, housing, care providers, and voluntary organisations
Contribute to legal processes and prepare reports for court and safeguarding proceedings
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records in line with statutory requirements
Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities
