Join a busy warehouse team in Crewe as a Quality & Compliance Administrator (Nights) and play a key role in maintaining smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Nights Inventory Administrator, you will:

• ✔️ Perform general administrative duties to support warehouse operations
• ✔️ Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases accurately (Excel essential)
• ✔️ Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate stock & inventory recording
• ✔️ Investigate and record discrepancies, escalating issues when needed
• ✔️ Prepare and distribute reports, logs, and documentation
• ✔️ Support document control, filing, and record maintenance
• ✔️ Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure smooth workflow
• ✔️ Follow all warehouse health, safety, and quality procedures
• ✔️ Carry out additional admin or operational tasks to support the team

Key Skills & Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong administrative and Excel skills
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Can investigate and resolve issues efficiently
• Works well independently during night shifts
• Communicates clearly with supervisors and colleagues
• Understands warehouse environments and quality standards (preferred but not essential)

Shift Details

• Hours: 4 on 4 off Night Shifts
• Pay: £13.79 per hour
• Contract: Temporary Ongoing
• Location: Crewe
