What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop recovery plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide support and case management to service users on their recovery journey
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Engage with service users, offering guidance and building rapport to foster their recovery
- Utilise strong communication and IT skills to maintain and update records effectively
Key Requirements:
- Experience working as a Recovery Coordinator or Recovery Worker is essential
- Strong understanding of substance misuse services and recovery-focused practice
- Proficiency in completing assessments, recovery planning, and managing cases
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills combined with IT proficiency
