We are pleased to offer an excellent locum opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator to join a well-established Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Service in Warwickshire. What you will do

Provide assertive, proactive support to individuals with substance misuse issues and complex needs.

Manage a varied caseload, completing comprehensive assessments and developing personalised recovery plans.

Deliver 1:1 key work sessions, POD work, and facilitate structured group interventions.

Apply harm minimisation strategies, brief interventions, and recognised psychosocial approaches.

Implement clinical and recovery-focused interventions in line with service policies and best practice.

Work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate, timely case records in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Be available to start immediately or at short notice.
Essential requirements

Experience working within substance misuse, criminal justice, or related support services.

Strong assessment, engagement, and case management skills.

Ability to work with individuals presenting complex and multiple needs.

Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
