Recovery Coordinator - Young Persons Service - Full Time Block Booking

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic Young Persons Service based in Leeds. With an ASAP start, this role is set for 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, you will be an integral part of our mission to support young individuals on their recovery journeys.

What you will do:

Manage a service user caseload by devising, implementing, and reviewing recovery plans and treatments.
Perform triage/screening assessments and comprehensive evaluations with service users.
Collaborate with partner agencies for shared assessments, key working initiatives and customized interventions.
Facilitate access to treatment and community resources to increase recovery and integration into the local community.
Lead case management for assigned service users, including risk assessments and safeguarding plans.
Work within a multi-disciplinary team, participating in reviews, meetings, and collaborative events.
Support families by reducing the impact of substance misuse and promoting positive family involvement.
Develop and deliver effective programmes and interventions tailored to both group and one-on-one settings.
Follow safeguarding guidelines to protect service users and engage with relevant authorities as needed.
Promote visible recovery, ensuring peer support options are accessible to all.
