We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic Young Persons Service based in Leeds. With an ASAP start, this role is set for 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, you will be an integral part of our mission to support young individuals on their recovery journeys.

What you will do:

  • Manage a service user caseload by devising, implementing, and reviewing recovery plans and treatments.

  • Perform triage/screening assessments and comprehensive evaluations with service users.

  • Collaborate with partner agencies for shared assessments, key working initiatives and customized interventions.

  • Facilitate access to treatment and community resources to increase recovery and integration into the local community.

  • Lead case management for assigned service users, including risk assessments and safeguarding plans.

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team, participating in reviews, meetings, and collaborative events.

  • Support families by reducing the impact of substance misuse and promoting positive family involvement.

  • Develop and deliver effective programmes and interventions tailored to both group and one-on-one settings.

  • Follow safeguarding guidelines to protect service users and engage with relevant authorities as needed.

  • Promote visible recovery, ensuring peer support options are accessible to all.
