We are currently recruiting an experienced Recovery Coordinator full-time within the Peterborough service, equipped with the following:
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in drug and alcohol services, essential for effective service delivery.
- Ability to carry out screening, assessments, recovery planning, and one-on-one support.
- Experience in coordinating care for service users with complex needs to provide comprehensive support.
- Strong knowledge of harm reduction approaches and recovery-focused interventions.
- Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
What you will do:
- Provide one-on-one recovery support to individuals facing substance misuse challenges.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to develop personalised recovery plans.
- Coordinate and monitor care for service users with complex needs, ensuring they receive tailored interventions.
