Registered Manager – Supported Living / Social Care
Location: Lowestoft
Rate: £22 per hour (PAYE) | £27 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Seven Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living service in Lowestoft. This role is ideal for a strong social care manager with experience in CQC-regulated services, supported living, housing support, or care management.

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable supported living service. The role focuses on staff leadership, service delivery, safeguarding, tenancy management, and regulatory compliance while supporting individuals to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a CQC-registered supported living service
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, housing legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and development of staff teams
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial viability of the service
• Maintain strong relationships with service users, commissioners, and partner agencies
• Ensure high standards of record keeping, quality assurance, and service improvement
• Promote independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users

Requirements

• Experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Supported Living Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, adult social care legislation, and safeguarding
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Proven experience managing staff, budgets, and regulated services
• Full UK driving licence (service dependent)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
