Registered Manager in Worcester, West Midlands

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring safe, person-centred care for all residents, including those living with dementia
• Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
• Leading and supporting a small, dedicated team, promoting learning and professional growth
• Building strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Overseeing budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the home

Essential skills and experience:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN
• Proven leadership experience in a care home or similar clinical setting
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making
• Experience in operational management, budgeting, and quality improvement

Location:
This role is based in Worcester, with easy access from surrounding areas including St. John’s, Rainbow Hill, Warndon, and other nearby locations.
