What you will do:
- Deliver comprehensive Rehabilitation Assessment and Mobility Training to adults in Lambeth who are blind, deaf, or partially sighted.
- Conduct visits to residents' homes or other suitable locations to provide services effectively while ensuring compliance with Lambeth Council's policies and practices.
- Regularly update and maintain the Lambeth Council Registration Certificate of Visual Impairment after Certification by a Consultant Ophthalmologist.
- Collaborate with various Council Departments and Service Units, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Offer guidance and support to empower individuals, promoting independence and confidence in their daily lives.
