What you will do:
- Oversee case management, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and optimising employee health outcomes
- Provide expert Occupational Health advice to managers and HR colleagues, enhancing workplace wellness and employee productivity
- Collaborate with third-party providers when necessary, ensuring seamless integration of services and enhanced employee support
- Direct employees to relevant support services, tailoring solutions to individual needs for optimal health results
- Assess candidates' fitness for work during pre-placement evaluations, offering precise guidance to Managers and the Onboarding team
- Attend stakeholder meetings and participate in case conferences when necessary, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned
- Execute duties in line with service delivery metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, and health data, maintaining high standards of performance
- Champion health and wellbeing campaigns, fostering a culture of wellness and inspiring positive behavioural changes in employees
- Provide guidance to network OH Technicians in managing health surveillance issues and referrals, contributing to team efficiency and success
