I'm working with a leading firm with offices across Cheshire, Manchester & Chester looking to appoint a Private Property Solicitor/Fee Earner to support the already established team across the residential dept. This role involves managing a high-quality caseload of private property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, and landed estates without the burnout of excess volume.

What you'll need:

1+ years' experience in residential / private property

Strong client care and communication skills

Confidence managing your own caseload
