What We’re Looking For

Strong background in premium or high-end restaurant environments
Exceptional service standards with a genuine guest-first mindset
Highly adaptable and confident performing during high-pressure service periods
Proven ability to build strong relationships with teams and guests
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience using time & attendance systems (H&L or similar preferred)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
