RISK MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

Job Title:    Risk Management Surveyor (Construction Industry)
Location:   Guildford, Surrey
Salary:        Basic £45,000 - £55,000 plus Benefits
Shift:          Days, Monday – Friday, Flexible Working Hours

Job Role of the Risk Management Surveyor.

A standout opportunity has become available for a Risk Management Surveyor to join a leading inspection consultancy. Our client is looking for a individual to visit client sites and carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to support safe, compliant construction on projects in a geographical patch.

You will be responsible for inspecting new build and converted homes no higher than 5 storeys in line with technical and manual building regulations. You will plan your own diary, record inspection details and share with customers and colleagues as well as working with Surveyors and Management to maintain technical standards.

Sector – Inspection (Field Service)

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Risk Management Surveyor

• 3 years experience in a construction, surveying, inspection or similar technical role.
• Good understanding of site inspections, defect identification and Building Regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Requirements for the Risk Management Surveyor

• Chartered (Member Level) or Class 2b Competent under the Building Inspector Competency framework.
• Building Control knowledge and experience.
• Able to work across multiple sites and projects.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage workload effectively.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent levels of customer service.
• Must live around the Surrey, North Hampshire, West Sussex Area.
